Saifuddin Jalil (b. 1987), is an avid street photographer. He is drawn to capturing the cohesive connections between people and their social environments. He seeks visual comprehensiveness in quiet and chaotic moments.
He was awarded the Highly Commended CBRE Urban Photographer of the Year in 2012. His work was featured at BlowUp Angkor 2013 in conjunction with the 9th edition of the Angkor Photo Festival. In the same year, he was also appointed as a Commissioned Artist for Noise Singapore 2013 by the National Arts Council, and was one of PLATFORM's ten selected emerging talents.
